Important about this tour
Bookings:
Bookings and other enquiries can be made by sending an e-mail to info@travelaffordable.co.za or through filling out the form on our bookings page. Once your booking request has been received, we will send you written quote of your package. If all is in order you may request that we send you an invoice which will have our full company banking details. A 50% deposit secures your booking. Once payment is received, we would then send you a confirmation letter with all the important information on your getaway package. The balance is required at least 7 days before your date of travel.
Valid till
You may take these travel packages at anytime of the week not only on weekends.
This package is valid till end of February 2018, you may make bookings for dates after Feb 2018 however your booking will be costed at 2018 hotel rates.
Payments:
Payments can be made in our SA BUDGET TOURS/TRAVEL AFFORDABLE paypal account or directly into our First National Bank cheque account. Banking details will be provided on the proforma invoice sent to you. Proof of payment can be faxed to 0865518867 or e-mailed to info@travelaffordable.co.za
Transport:
Transport is available only in the destination city to shuttle you to all the tourist attractions listed as part of this package. Transport from destination of origin (Your home city) to arrival destination (Durban) and back is not included in this package. This means that travelers will arrange their own transport to Durban. The transport will pick you up from the hotel and drop you off at the respective tourist attractions. The transport will come to pick you up to transfer you back to the hotel once you are done. We make use of accredited transport providers in all our destination cities. The Durban transport provider will transport you in Nissan Livina or Nissan Grand Livina. Although all transport arrangements will be made for you before your arrival date, It is the responsibility of the traveler to discuss times of pick up with the tranport provider should you choose to change pick up times. Please note that the transport may or may not wait while you are exploring the tourist attraction, please make sure that you discuss with the operator, the time you would like to be picked up to be shuttled back to your hotel. On your travel voucher, you will find all contact details for the transport operator's call centre.
Should you need to book flight, rail or bus tickets please inform us well in advance.

BOOKING REQUEST FORM
By completing the below booking request form or contacting us for a quote you agree to complying with our booking terms and conditions as well as cancellation policies of our organisation and those of our service providers. You do acknowledge before making any bookings with us that we have a variety of accommodation providers which may be refererd to as 'the hotel' in our legal documents, this term may mean an accommodation provider or discount agent or it may also mean the physical hotel itself. These are the service providers that make sure to negotiate on our behalf in getting you the best deals so they work extra hard for our clients to get to keep our prices lower than any other agent. These providers have their own cancellation terms which are communicated to you upon receiving your intention to cancel a standing booking that you have with Travel Affordable. You do acknowledge of our cancellation policy that: 1. Travel Affordable Pty Ltd Has a legal right to amend the cancellation policy and terms in mitigating the effects of any situation that may arise which Travel Affordable has no control over. 2. That the cancellation policy has a refund window in which refunds are paid. Cancellation refunds are paid 120 days after the the cancellation is received in writing. Cancellation refunds will be paid in 2 instalments starting with the first instalment on the day of the refund payment with the next instalment paid on the 5th of the following month.
Cancellation terms
6 or more months before date of travel - Full refund minus the 20% non refundable part of the invoiced amount will be paid with the first instalment paid 120 days after receipt of written cancellation
5-3 Months before before date of travel 50% of the deposit will be paid minus the 20% non-refundable part of the invoiced amount
2-1 month before date of travel, the deposit is non-refundable
Postponements
If you choose to postpone your trip to a later date there will be no cancellation or postponement fees applicable.
Postponement trips can be re-booked 90 days before new date of travel, this means that when you reactivate a postponed booking you need to make sure your dates are at least 90 days or more before your new travel date.
You get free postponement of bookings to a later date
Postponed bookings may not be cancelled under any circumstances.
